What is HDMI Extender

HDMI Extender

A device that extends HDMI audio/video signals beyond the standard 50 ft (15 m) limit using cable, fiber, or wireless methods while preserving quality.


Transmitter (TX)

Source-side unit that encodes the HDMI signal from a player, PC, or set-top box for long-distance transmission.


Receiver (RX)
